SISTERS OF MIYOSHIKIKU SAKE FLIGHT
Graduates (or graduating) from Tokyo University of Agriculture for sake brewing, these sisters have created three unique sakes using Yamadanishiki rice (the King of sake rices):
Koharu, the youngest, brewed this wonderfully aromatic Tokubetsu Junmai;
Orie, the middle sister, brewed a Junmai Ginjo that is well balanced; and
Ayane, the eldest sister, brewed a fruity/floral, but dry Junmai Daiginjo
